This page outlines our payment options and financial assistance programs to support your journey to wellness. We're committed to providing quality care with flexible payment solutions.

Payment plans & financial assistance
Columbus Counseling and Mentoring Institute is committed to making our services accessible. We offer payment plans and financial assistance options to qualifying clients and supervisees.
Supervision Services:
Individual, Triadic, and Group Supervision fees may be paid per session or through discounted multi-session packages. Package pricing offers cost savings for supervisees committing to 5 or 10 sessions. Monthly installment arrangements may be approved for package purchases, based on mutual agreement and consistent attendance.
SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) Services – Self-Pay:
For SAP clients paying out of pocket, the standard fee of $375 may be split into three equal payments of $125 for those who qualify. Payment plans must be arranged prior to service initiation, with the first payment due before the initial SAP evaluation.
Additional Notes:
- All payment plans require a signed financial agreement.
- Missed or late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Rates and payment arrangements may be adjusted based on supervisee needs, scope of services, or additional supports provided, as agreed upon in advance.

Important payment details
To ensure a smooth payment process, please note the following:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior payment plan has been approved in writing.
- Accepted forms of payment include, electronic payments (Cashapp), Cash, and Zelle.
- Payment plans must be arranged in advance and require a signed financial agreement.
- For SAP self-pay clients on a payment plan, the first installment is due prior to the initial evaluation.
- Missed or late payments may result in delayed reports, suspended services, or cancellation of future sessions until the account is current.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to the full session fee.
- Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-refundable once services begin.
- Fees may vary depending on supervisee needs, scope of services, or additional supports provided, as outlined in the supervision or service agreement.
